This product was a great price quality for what we needed. However there were some issues. One of the panels was bent which caused issues in assembly. The section regarding installation of the keyboard tray was missing from the assembly instructions so we had to figure that out ourselves. Finally, the cabinet door fit loosely, but there was nothing that could be done about that.. Mia. Macon, GA. Tue Feb 04 2025

Bought this to mount a PC that I can pull up to a chair, I made some adaptations. I flipped the part for the PC tower to the front, connected the keyboard holder instead, and removed the upper one for the keyboard. Because of disability, I cannot sit at a desk, I must sit in a suitable cushioned chair. I used to have the components on swing-out arms, on a table-top. Awkward. This is much better. Very sturdy too. Holds the new 21 in monitor well.. Carol. New Castle, DE. Thu Nov 14 2024

The cart is as described and works well. My complaint is with support after the sale. I was missing hardware, called Oklahoma sound at the number in the manual to get replacement hardware, They asked what company I was, when I told them I bought this one for my church I got transferred to voicemail, left a message and they never called back. Seems like if you are only buying one or two carts they don't care about supporting you after the sale. While the cart works well just hope you get all the hardware because you won't get any missing hardware from oklahoma sound.. Brian. Harmony, NC. Mon Jul 22 2013

This cart was so easy to assemble, it looks nice, and it does the job very well. The one thing I thought would be helpful to add is a shelf that folds down and that could be used to hold papers, books, etc. being used in the presentation.. Pastor Joyce. Greenville, NC. Mon Oct 22 2007

It’s a U-Line cart with a Luxor label stuck to it (which you can take off). Good quality steel and arrived in ok shape, except for the lock which immediately fell apart. It was loose and not secured properly. The lock consists of little springs and parts not meant to be taken apart or reassembled so I have to replace that with an aftermarket lock now. Otherwise, I’m very happy with the build. Can fit a PVM under and a big Trinitron on top and never have to lift it again.. David. CA. Fri Mar 01 2024
