The ordering process and delivery were fine. The quality of the product is good. Unfortunately, the selling company, Aarco, did not pack this whiteboard with any protection. It was just stuck in a box! After peeling off the protective covering when we hung the board this week, there was a dent. I order online regularly and most sellers ship their product well packed. Ohhhhhh, I love my hugmongusly large white board. I do a lot of teaching and I need that kind of surface to draw things for my students. Not only that? It is DOUBLE-SIDED! This is a beautiful-looking whiteboard! I bought it for my office, and the wooden frame looks great. However, there was a small crack in the frame. We are getting a lot of use out of this! The whiteboard arrived in good condition, although the box was beat to pieces. The legs adjust and come off without a hitch. There is a mechanism at the back of the board that the instructions suggest you click the legs into for stability, however, I have found that is is more stable if I don’t use that (my opinion).
