The cart is as described and works well. My complaint is with support after the sale. I was missing hardware, called Oklahoma sound at the number in the manual to get replacement hardware, They asked what company I was, when I told them I bought this one for my church I got transferred to voicemail, left a message and they never called back. Seems like if you are only buying one or two carts they don't care about supporting you after the sale. This product was a great price quality for what we needed. However there were some issues. One of the panels was bent which caused issues in assembly. The section regarding installation of the keyboard tray was missing from the assembly instructions so we had to figure that out ourselves.
