Product seems well made. More about Wayfair than product. Item was out of stock in desired color, enrolled in email notification when item was back in stock, received notice, ordered item, received item two days beyond promised delivery date, item was not color ordered, started return, contacted Wayfair as website still showed desired color in stock but description details reflected undesired color, was informed manufacturer would respond within 48 hours as to item availability, no communication since.. This product was a great price quality for what we needed. However there were some issues. One of the panels was bent which caused issues in assembly. The section regarding installation of the keyboard tray was missing from the assembly instructions so we had to figure that out ourselves. Finally, the cabinet door fit loosely, but there was nothing that could be done about that.. Mia. Macon, GA. Tue Feb 04 2025

I may change this but so far it is WAY too hard (muscle power wise) to assemble. It said assembly required but did not say I needed a MALLET. With luck when I get it assembled I will update this. Ha! I did get it assembled and I LOVE the cart, it is sturdy. I use it when I get orders or to bring in heavy loads, and as much of a beast it was to assemble I know it is sturdy !! (Part before the Ha! I was still getting it assembled, It has been working as intended for this and that for well over 2 years ago now!. Nancy. Cincinnati, OH. Fri Jan 16 2026

Bought this to mount a PC that I can pull up to a chair, I made some adaptations. I flipped the part for the PC tower to the front, connected the keyboard holder instead, and removed the upper one for the keyboard. Because of disability, I cannot sit at a desk, I must sit in a suitable cushioned chair. I used to have the components on swing-out arms, on a table-top. Awkward. This is much better. Very sturdy too. Holds the new 21 in monitor well.. Carol. New Castle, DE. Wed Nov 13 2024
