Great product. The slate magnetic professional Series 120 is awesome. Everything arrived before the actual delivery date which was great. I would recommend breaking the board in by covering entire surface with chalk with the chalk on its side. After covering the board erase, write on it and then wash with water and a sponge. The chalk tray is wide enough to hold chalk and erasers. The magnetic capability is great. Also, you can purchase 1" map hook and clips and 1" inch flag display holders for this board as well. The ordering process and delivery were fine. The quality of the product is good. Unfortunately, the selling company, Aarco, did not pack this whiteboard with any protection. It was just stuck in a box! After peeling off the protective covering when we hung the board this week, there was a dent. I order online regularly and most sellers ship their product well packed. This is a beautiful-looking whiteboard! I bought it for my office, and the wooden frame looks great. However, there was a small crack in the frame. I was also surprised that the whiteboard is not magnetic and there's no ledge, so be aware you'll need a place to put your markers and eraser, and a magnetized marker holder won't work.. Christina. We bought this for our home, intentionally wanting a very large magnetic board. This did it! It was quite heavy, not the 8 pounds it was listed as. My only qualms are that it arrived without any instructions for hanging and was missing some hardware, but I never contacted customer service about that, and the plastic coating over the white board went under the frame, so it was really annoying to peal off.
