Best Beach Towels With Reviews

These are exactly what we hoped: soft on the velour side, thin and light weight. Quality is good. We use them for the beach and also camping. The soft velour side is perfect for wrapping over clothes to make a camp pillow. The size - plenty big for the beach. HOWEVER, anyone who prefers a thick beach towel may not like these.

I had actually cancelled my order after reading a few negative reviews about the condition of the towels after laundering. However, the order was shipped to me by mistake, so I decided to see for myself if there was a problem. I washed the towels in warm water, as stated on the label, and dried them on regular heat. They came out in exactly the same condition...like new, with the normal amount of lint for newly washed cotton towels, with no bleeding of colors and no pilling of fabric. The bad reviewers must have received bad batches, because mine were fine. I was not disappointed and found that I would have ordered them after all. I contacted Wayfair to let them know that they were shipped in error. They were kind enough to let me keep the towels! Merry Christmas!

I wasn't happy with the sizing. Got it half price though and it absorbs water. Works with getting out of the hottub spa outside in the winter. The one for ages 4-6 was very short for the 5 year old. I ordered the bigger one after receiving the small one. I hate returning items so she can use the short one in the summer. Full price is too much for this item . Half price was worth it.

These towels are GREAT 5 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I ordered 5 different colors. I was giving them away as gifts. All of the colors were exactly as pictured if not better. The quality and size of the towel exceeded my expectations. I returned 4 of the colors because our color scheme changed but I reordered 5 more of the same color.

This is a very soft and large-sized beach towel that is a welcome addition to my years-old collection of beach towels that are faded and have seen better days. I like the bright red stripes also. Would recommend it either for yourself or as a gift.

Works great on the sand. Dries very quickly and is so light that it stores easily in the bag we take to the beach. It does wrinkle quite a bit when it’s rolled up and it doesn’t un-wrinkle very well even after getting wet at the beach. In spite of that, I do like this better than a big heavy beach towel. The dog likes it too! Recommend!

I don't always write reviews, but I felt compelled to do so this time. I was looking for beach towels for our lakeside vacation home. I looked at a lot of them online, and the majority of them had very negative reviews from buyers. Because only about one out of every ten people gave these towels a bad review, I decided to buy just one set and see what they were like. I'm glad I did. I washed them and had no issues with excess lint or lint balling, as some reviews have stated. I was also concerned about bleeding, but it didn't happen at all. (By the way, I really like the subtly muted colors; they're not too bright or too dark.) In terms of weight, I can see why some people prefer heavier towels, but I prefer their weight. I'd classify them as medium weight. The hems (which aren't fancy, but are solid) held up well in the wash. I'm picky about this sort of thing and always look for high quality when it comes to home goods. I liked them so much that I ordered a second set.

This is a really nice light weight cover for your lounge chair. Great for pool area. The terry cloth towel material dries quickly and the pocket helps to keep all belongings together. The only con I have is, and is the reason for the 4 stars, the color on it fades bad! I wouldn't suggest washing it with anything at first. I took out of package and put on my chairs (I bought two). I left them up there, for two days. It rained alot. After the rain, I went out there and the green color, that was a beautiful lime green color. bright and vibrant, is now a dull pale green. It is still great and does what it is intended. If you are one that wants a specific color and no other variations, just keep in mind that these two (both) did same thing. Other than that, I am glad I purchased these.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoyed the color and design of the Fibertone by 1888 Mills towel. The color was my favorite because Im a huge fan of Coral! I was excited to see it was a beach towel as well because Im 38 weeks pregnant and even the bigger towels sometimes don’t work for me. The length was nice at 60x30 so that worked out super well! The one thing I wasn’t as fond of is how thin it is. I like my towels to be thicker! However, overall, super pleased with the towel! I would definitely recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Living in Florida I can never have enough beach towels. This one from Fibertone is my new favorite. The Chevron Jacquard design looks really nice. It's not a print. The material is actually woven and textured that way. The fabric is soft. While not super thick, this towel is plush. Absorbs water quickly but also dries fast too. I love the extra large size 70L x 35W inches. Plenty of room to cover a beach chair or spread out on straight on the sand. Great to wrap up in or for covering a car seat if I'm wet or sandy. I like this towel so much I've been using it for my regular shower towel. I'm going to have to get more of these so I have a few for beach/pool use as well as home use.

This towel is amazing!! I bought 8 towels in July 2021 for use with our hot tub and pool. They are extra large in size, soft, absorbent and durable. They haven’t faded at all and I have washed and dried each towel at least 50 times (we use our hot tub a lot!) I love them so much I bought 4 more towels this summer and we now have 12 total! I highly recommend!

Purchased red, blue, yellow, and aqua towels. Perfect size and weight. On the 1st wash, I super-short washed each towel separately on cold, adding vinegar to the rinse cycle to set color, and had no problems with colors bleeding into the white striped areas. The towels dried nicely leaving a decent amount of lint on first dry cycle only (no more than other quality towels I've purchased). I would recommend these beach towels to family/friends.

I love this towel! I use it as a pool/beach towel, and it's both cute and functional! I have washed it several times, and the fringes stay in tact and the quality of the towel has not diminished. I would definitely recommend this product and will be buying more.

I was really impressed by the shipping time on these hammam towels. They are exactly what I wanted. Fast drying and super absorbent, all for a price nearly $60 less than competitors. Note that the colors are not exact though. The black is dark, but can almost look navy unless in a dim light

I bought some of these in the summer through you and loved them tried to find them around my home town and found nothing I am so glad that you still had some for me to buy LOVE LOVE them... and if you have a ton warmer they are even better :-)

Purchased in Sept 2021 (2 pear and 2 violet) for our spa guests, and we love these towels. The colors are (still) very vibrant. Nice size, absorbent, thick. We don't let the kids use them... adult only, they are so chic!!
