Love the quilt the look and the weight. Just what I needed to make my guest room not feminine for when my son is here. What I don’t like is, as other reviews stated after just one wash it pilled up on the decorated side. Wouldn’t be so bad if it was the other side. I’m hoping it will go away or I’ll have to get one of those fabric shavers. I did wash it by itself in cold and let it hang dry over my couch. Looks .. great .. haven’t washed the duvet cover (which is why the 4 star rating not sure if it will shrink or not ) .. just washed the shams and it actually softens the fabric up to feel more like flannel .. a little bigger than my insert but doesn’t bother me or the look of it.
