This mattress has truly been a great lifesaver for our back pain. My husband has a herniated disc and requires a very firm mattress. This did take a full 48 hours to completely get to its firmness, so don’t be discouraged after it compresses on the first day. He reports that his back pain has improved greatly, and I would strongly suggest this bed for those experiencing spinal issues. I am also sleeping with my baby and follow the safe seven sleep method which requires a very firm mattress. This mattress falls into the guidelines for safe co sleeping, and I’m ecstatic to find one in a great price point. We highly recommend this mattress. Updated review. I unfortunately have to remove one star as as I was waiting for the bed to expand. I realize that it was not expanding lengthwise. There are about 3 to 4 inches missing off the top and or bottom of the mattress. I purchased my bedframe off of Wayfair and the measurements are for 18 size bed. However, the mattress is missing a significant portion at the end. I have uploaded a photo so you can see how much shorter the bed is than an average king size.. Misty. Peru, IN. Sun Jul 27 2025

The mattress is comfortable enough and popped up to full-size within 24 hours. Unfortunately, that full-size is closer to 6 1/2 than the actual 8 inches that I ordered. I’m used to it on Grindr, but kind of disappointed with Wayfair. I ordered that size in particular because it would fill the gap on my new mattress frame and headboard that I also just bought so now I have an empty 2 inches that I have to stuff with pillows or buy a new extra large, extra firm bolster.. I’ve only had this mattress for a short time, but so far I’m pleasant. It’s not too soft and not too firm — the balance feels just right. The memory foam is very comfortable and gives good support without sinking in too much. I’ve been sleeping much better since switching to this mattress. It also expanded pretty quickly after opening.. Liam. Delaware. Wed May 13 2026
