So far we are really pleased. It took a minute to find the perfect mattress (firm, plush, etc.), but that was comfort, not quality. Shipping was not awesome, as the product was lost and delayed repeatedly but again, that has nothing to do with the product itself. The base works as it’s supposed to and fits nicely in our existing King bed frame. I LOVE this base!! It is quick, quiet, and has all the features/adjustments I didn't know I wanted! The ONLY drawback is that it only had one foot of the bed retainer bar for a king size mattress and the mattress would not stay totally in place as I watch TV on one side and sleep on the other, getting in and out of bed more often while not sleeping. I like the lights underneath, but unsure as to why there's not a button on the side to flick them on. the zero gravity feeling is great for relaxing, but I have found you have to sleep in the flat position.
