Exactly as shown in the website photo and exactly as I had hoped! My bed is low and I have a queen size bed - so I get the king size quilts so they are to the floor and I don’t have to look at the area between the quilt’s end and the floor (plus my platform bed will not keep a nice bed ruffle in place). It was finally time to switch out my heavy quilt for my new lighter bedspread. I searched high and low for a split corner bedspread with longer sides and came across this one. It needed to be open to allow for the posters and legs an I wasn’t certain if the corners unbuttoned but, fortunately, they did. It’s perfect and a nice weight with a matching pillow and shams with buttons. I bought two cream throw pillows on this site and matching buttoned linen euro shams elsewhere and I think it looks great. I did wash everything before using and it all washed up great. I bought this to use as a summer bedspread. I love that it’s 100 cotton, has clean lines, is an affordable purchase, can serve as a blank slate for other textiles pillows to add pops of color.
