Inspired by pure thickness. Maybe we've lost our minds here at coma inducer or maybe we've always had a couple of screws loose??? But we've become obsessed with thick. Seriously though, who likes a weak comforter? Does anyone enjoy getting a comforter vacuum smushed in a box that looks like a flat sheet and comes with instructions to shake it out and wait 4 days? And, after those 4 days are up, it's still so thin you wonder if you were sent a flat sheet. The thought of such a comforter makes us sick! Sure, it's harder to create, produce, and ship such impossibly huge comforters that are "thicker than thick"... But isn't that the whole point? With the number of hours, we sleep (or should sleep) each night, it should be a crime to have a flat sheet-like comforter. It has been a long, long time since I have owned any kind of Satin bed clothes. This comforter is really quite beautiful. It really dresses up your space. I do not really use my body pillow. I placed one of my king size pillows in the body pillowcase and folded the excess within. It worked great, since I keep my king-sized pillow on my bed all the time. Though I am very pleased with this set, I must caution you. If you do not want to go on a treasure hunt for your iron (which I very rarely use), and don't like to iron it is important to know that just putting this in your dryer does not take the wrinkles out. I got this comforter and it comes with beautiful pillow shams. I got the ivory color comforter. It is absolutely stunning, it fits perfect and looks so good. It doesn’t look cheap.
