It is as expected. I have a full bed but upsized for a queen comforter because I wanted some extra length and I would definitely recommend doing that. I don’t think I would have liked how the full looked. It is an appropriate thickness I think, not too light, not too heavy. It holds some wrinkles but that is in the description.
