So far, I’m in love! Just unboxed and letting take more shape for the day before we sleep on it tonight but, wow! Our last mattress was a Puffy, all foam, and plush. It was wayyyy too soft for us and was killing our backs. So I took a chance on this after reading the reviews and getting in for the sale. Best decision ever! I’m not exaggerating. It’s not even fully formed yet but I know it’s going to be a massive improvement and just what we needed for better back support. The shallow pillow top adds a softness that’s needed so you don’t feel like you’re sleeping on the ground. But the firm structure underneath is absolutely incredible. The best of both worlds! Exactly what we hoped for!. Lauren. Pittsburgh, PA. Sun Jun 07 2026

I was previously unaware of the concept of a mattress in a box. Upon visiting the Wayfair store, I had the opportunity to examine the mattress, having seen it advertised online. We proceeded to order it through the website due to the complimentary delivery service. It subsequently arrived packaged within a box. ItIt was quite heavy, so you will require assistance from another person to move it to its intended location. We have unraveled it, and as less than 24 hours have passed since then, this is its current appearance. Therefore, I will likely wait another 24 hours before placing it on the bed to ensure it has reached its maximum fullness. However, considering the price, we are quite satisfied with the purchase so far, and I will likely provide a follow-up review later.. Sabrina. Atlanta, GA. Sat Sep 12 2026

I’ve been sleeping on this mattress for a while now, and I’m really happy with it. It’s very comfortable and provides excellent support. It feels soft enough to be cozy, but still keeps my body well supported throughout the night. I wake up without any back or shoulder discomfort. Overall, it’s a great mattress for the price, and I’d definitely recommend it.. Shasha. Sun Jun 28 2026

The packaging was very compact and easy to set up. Firm as advertised. It will take awhile for it to break in I think, but I can’t really take away on the review for that. There is still some give to it, so far comfortable enough to sleep on and my cats love it too. If you are looking for a firm firm mattress then this is a good choice.. Anonymous. Sun Sep 20 2026

I loved that I received the item within 24 hours. Unfortunately, upon receipt of the item, the bottom of the box was opened. Also the mattress is not cut true to size. Some of the description is quite confusing. Such as cleaning after each use. I need a full time mattress. Thanks for your service Purdy J. Washington DC. Purdy. Washington, Dc. Sun Jun 28 2026
