The box became damaged during transit. After opening and removing the first layer of the plastic wrap I begin hearing an oozing sound, contrary to me not even opening the standard vacuum wrapped plastic. As someone who always had a pillow-top mattress, I’m so happy I stepped outside of the box and chose an euro-top this time! THIS IS THE MOST COMFORTABLE MATTRESS EVER! The edges don’t sink down when I sit on it (best part). No dents or sinking while sleeping. I never wake up in any type of pain anymore.
