It feels like you’re sleeping on a large foam pillow. Shipping was fast. The only down side is the fact that I ordered a 14inch mattress and this one only measures at 12.5 to 13 but it’s not a huge issue to me since it still matched great with my bed. Jasmine. Usillinois. Whoever said this mattress was soft, fight me, because y’all lied. The bed did fully inflate within the recommended 72 hours. Now, if you’re looking for a soft, plush, sink-into-it kind of mattress, keep looking. This is not it. It’s much firmer than I expected based on the reviews.. Danielle. Hoover, AL. Sun Aug 23 2026

This mattress is a great deal at 223. I bought it for a guest room so Ive only sat on it. What I noticed the height of the mattress at 14 looks luxurious, but the edges are very very soft. As in near compression from an average size adult sitting on the edge. Theres a fair amount of motion transfer so I dont know how it would hold up to daily use. The pillow top is kind of thin, so I bought a topper to add cushion from the springs. It was well packed and expanded right away.. Anonymous. Thu Sep 24 2026

I researched many mattresses before deciding on this one. It's for my guest room and won't get daily use, but I still wanted a good quality mattress, which this seems to be! The only issue I had was that even after four days of letting the mattress expand (much longer than what was recommended), the 14" mattress never made it above 12.5". Wayfair made it right though, and I'm pleased with this mattress.. Judy. Whiteland, IN. Mon Jun 29 2026

So far, I’m in love! Just unboxed and letting take more shape for the day before we sleep on it tonight but, wow! Our last mattress was a Puffy, all foam, and plush. It was wayyyy too soft for us and was killing our backs. So I took a chance on this after reading the reviews and getting in for the sale. Best decision ever! I’m not exaggerating. It’s not even fully formed yet but I know it’s going to be a massive improvement and just what we needed for better back support. The shallow pillow top adds a softness that’s needed so you don’t feel like you’re sleeping on the ground. But the firm structure underneath is absolutely incredible. The best of both worlds! Exactly what we hoped for!. Lauren. Pittsburgh, PA. Sun Jun 07 2026

I was previously unaware of the concept of a mattress in a box. Upon visiting the Wayfair store, I had the opportunity to examine the mattress, having seen it advertised online. We proceeded to order it through the website due to the complimentary delivery service. It subsequently arrived packaged within a box. ItIt was quite heavy, so you will require assistance from another person to move it to its intended location. We have unraveled it, and as less than 24 hours have passed since then, this is its current appearance. Therefore, I will likely wait another 24 hours before placing it on the bed to ensure it has reached its maximum fullness. However, considering the price, we are quite satisfied with the purchase so far, and I will likely provide a follow-up review later.. Sabrina. Atlanta, GA. Sat Sep 12 2026

I loved that I received the item within 24 hours. Unfortunately, upon receipt of the item, the bottom of the box was opened. Also the mattress is not cut true to size. Some of the description is quite confusing. Such as cleaning after each use. I need a full time mattress. Thanks for your service Purdy J. Washington DC. Purdy. Washington, Dc. Sun Jun 28 2026

I was reluctant to purchase a mattress online because I've always tested out options in store. The reviews were very helpful but ultimately what convinced me was the double sided use. I do prefer the softer white side of the mattress and can see the benefit of switching to the firmer side after years of use. After a week on the mattress I am SO glad I made the purchase.
