This mattress is exactly what I needed! I moved into a furnished apartment with a very soft mattress. One night on this firm mattress and my back already feels so much better. I slept like a rock. It was packaged very well, and it was easy to open. It was much heavier than I was expecting (who knew mattresses were heavy?) so keep in mind you might need some help. The instructions say to give it 24-72 hours to be fully expanded, but I slept on it a few hours after I opened it, and it was still great.. Samantha. Usaf Academy, CO. Sun Sep 20 2026

I was previously unaware of the concept of a mattress in a box. Upon visiting the Wayfair store, I had the opportunity to examine the mattress, having seen it advertised online. We proceeded to order it through the website due to the complimentary delivery service. It subsequently arrived packaged within a box. ItIt was quite heavy, so you will require assistance from another person to move it to its intended location. We have unraveled it, and as less than 24 hours have passed since then, this is its current appearance. Therefore, I will likely wait another 24 hours before placing it on the bed to ensure it has reached its maximum fullness. However, considering the price, we are quite satisfied with the purchase so far, and I will likely provide a follow-up review later.. Sabrina. Atlanta, GA. Sat Sep 12 2026

The top is quite plush, but there is a fair bit of support. One of the corners is still sagging a little bit even though I left for 48 hours, hence 4 stars.. Anonymous. Tue Sep 01 2026

Designed for restorative sleep, this mattress offers superior pressure relief, minimal motion transfer, and edge-to-edge stability, all wrapped in a breathable, balanced design.

It’s amazing to me that a mattress of this size and quality came in a box! The box was extremely heavy and it took 2 people to carry it into the house. You sink into the mattress at first but then there is a firmness that feels supportive. It’s proving to be the perfect blend of soft while still being firm for myself and my partner, who almost never agree on mattresses. We have also found that there is little to no motion transfer, so we aren't disturbed by tossing and turning.. Julia. IL. Thu Sep 11 2025

We love our memory foam mattress that we got for our Murphy bed! It can be used on the ground too. Its comfortable for guests. My 2.5 year old and I were laying on it on the floor upon opening it to test it out and he seemed to enjoy it too. It also puffed out quite quickly. My cousin who stayed the night and used it, he said it was comfortable.. Christina. Menifee, CA. Fri Jul 10 2026

Arrived quickly in very compact box - expands like shot out of a cannon. Very firm. Squeaky. The coils can be felt from the sides. It does have a strong chemical smell so I would recommend airing it out before using or covering with a sheet. It does fly open very fast because of the metal springs. Set it up on the bed so that it will unroll to cover the bed or on a floor but do not stand in front of it. This is so fast and powerful it will hurt someone badly. It will pop open before you finish making the first cut across so be prepared. The material on the top seems soft just very firm. Overall a firm mattress - I do like the ease of getting it to the room it will be in - will be difficult to move after it opens hoping the smells fades with time. Debra. Mundelein, IL. The mattress is great, it arrived quickly and was super easy to set up. It expanded as expected and the size is what was ordered. The mattress itself is more firm in my opinion but provides lots of support and a good night's sleep.. Megan. AR. Wed Sep 30 2026
