I loved that I received the item within 24 hours. Unfortunately, upon receipt of the item, the bottom of the box was opened. Also the mattress is not cut true to size. Some of the description is quite confusing. Such as cleaning after each use. I need a full time mattress. Thanks for your service Purdy J. Washington DC. Purdy. Washington, Dc. Sun Jun 28 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this for mattress for my teenage son's room. He was ready for a good mattress. Overall we are very happy with this one. He says it is very comfortable, gives great support and he likes that the mattress isn't firm but on the softer side. He is a tall boy so it seems to be holding up good for the past month that he has been sleeping on it. His only complaint is that he would of liked to feel the cooling gels more. This mattress is used when we have guest as well. My mom slept on it and she gave her stamp of approval. Believe me when I say that my Mom would let me know if she didn't like it. My dad has also slept on it a few times and he also likes it but would of liked a more firmer mattresses (he is strange). Overall it is a very good mattress. I don't find it firm at all so if that is what you are looking for move on but if you want a soft/comfy mattress this is the one for you.. Aztracy. Phoenix, AZ. Thu Oct 13 2022

The only thing that bothered me was the time it took to get here. It took 22 days from purchase to receive the mattress. I have slept on it, a very comfortable balance of plush and firmness. Offers great relief from lower back pain. Comfortable in virtually any position I sleep.(back, side, and occasionally stomach). Traded from a dealt full size bed, this is definitely an upgrade worth the money. Just wait til a sale I got my queen size for 514.. Travis. Indiana. Fri Oct 09 2026

10” thick mattresses of good quality are hard to find especially in local stores. Serta came through on this one. Definitely not too soft. May add a topper later. Wanted a 10” to keep the height down since our platform bed is already 16” high and we really don’t care for high beds. And it’s light enough that we can rotate it ourselves.. Anonymous. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As you can see, the room hasn't been updated in 10 + years including our mattress.. this has been an actual game changer!!!! It feels really nice, medium feel, i dont feel like i sink in but it also doesnt feel like a board. It almost curves to my body and I have been getting such a great night's sleep with this mattress!!! I am a plus size person and between me and my husband its well over 550+ pounds of weight but it has been working out for us. We've been using this mattress for almost 60 days and it feels the same as the first day we got it! Comfortable, doesnt sink for our weight and so far I love laying in bed without getting some type of soreness from sleeping "wrong". Its definitely the mattress you use that causes this.. in love with our new mattress!!!!. Ashleyr. Mon Oct 12 2026

This is my absolute favorite mattress! I have 1 in my master bedroom and now 1 in my guest bedroom. I also bought my daughter this mattress! I plan to get another for my second guest room as well! Kinda firm but also soft. Ive had other firm mattresses that I would wake up in the night with my body aching because it was too hard. I had spinal fusion on my lower back and too soft of a bed doesn't work. This mattress has been a game changer!. Tina. Watford City, ND. Thu Sep 17 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After two months of use this mattress has proven to be a solid upgrade. Coming from memory foam, the initial firmess takes a little getting used to, but it quickly becomes extremely comfortable. It delivers perfect support for the back and shoulders and sleeps much cooler during warm nights. The edges are firm and well built, the top fabric feels premium, and there is no noise of motion transfer when sleeping accompanied. It is definitely in the firmer side, but a mattresses pad or topper can easily soften it up if needed. Highly recommend!. Josev. Tue Oct 20 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Perfect sleeper garden medium pillow top mattress in queen size is very comfortable. It is a firm mattress. Only complain is that it’s a bit high for my bed. Other than that it’s perfect. The first few days I slept on the mattress I was a bit sore. I have come to learn that sometimes happens with a new mattress, your body needs to get used to it. It’s nice having the extra pillow top cushioning on the mattress. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The quality of this mattress is excellent. It is a heavy, thick mattress with a soft and durable cooling cover. It feels like a mattress that will stand up to the test of time. I’ve had a few budget memory foam mattresses, and there is a marked difference in quality between those mattresses and this mattress. This mattress is soft, but it is definitely not plush. I would say it is medium firmness. When you lay on the mattress, it sinks in, but you do not melt into it. There is little to no motion transfer, so you do not feel your partner moving through the night. I love that there is a 100 night trial so you can shop with confidence.. Aprilb. Thu Feb 19 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A good mattress can make or break my sleep after a long day with my kids (not to mention a long night when someone inevitably crawls in bed with me). I prefer the medium-firm feel like this mattress compared to something too soft or overly firm. The queen size is perfect for a variety of situations/rooms. I’m glad I chose Serta who is an established brand with many years of experience. I also like the way the 14” depth looks in my guest room once I put all the bedding on. This is a great mattress to consider if you are looking for a traditional mattress with a balance of comfort and support.. Meganr. Mon Oct 19 2026
