So far, I’m in love! Just unboxed and letting take more shape for the day before we sleep on it tonight but, wow! Our last mattress was a Puffy, all foam, and plush. It was wayyyy too soft for us and was killing our backs. So I took a chance on this after reading the reviews and getting in for the sale. Best decision ever! I’m not exaggerating. It’s not even fully formed yet but I know it’s going to be a massive improvement and just what we needed for better back support. The shallow pillow top adds a softness that’s needed so you don’t feel like you’re sleeping on the ground. But the firm structure underneath is absolutely incredible. The best of both worlds! Exactly what we hoped for!. Lauren. Pittsburgh, PA. Sun Jun 07 2026

This mattress is nice, soft, and comfortable overall. However, for a mattress advertised as medium firm, it is definitely softer than I expected. As someone who suffers from chronic back pain, I was hoping for something with a little more firmness and support. While the softness may be perfect for someone who prefers a plush mattress, it doesn’t provide the level of support I personally need for my back. Overall, it’s a nice mattress, but I would recommend considering a firmer option if you have back issues or need additional support.. Jessica. Wed Oct 28 2026

I’m very happy with this purchase! It’s incredibly soft and comfortable while still providing a nice level of firmness and support. I’ve been sleeping really well on it. The only minor issue is that all four corners seem slightly compressed or sunken. I initially thought they would fully expand and return to their normal shape over time, but they still seem to be that way. Aside from the corners, I’m very satisfied with everything else. It’s comfortable, supportive, and I’ve been enjoying it so far. I would definitely recommend it!. Anonymous. Fri Oct 16 2026

Cooling gel memory foam gently contours to the body to help relieve pressure around the shoulders, back, and hips, while the breathable knitted cover and airflow-friendly construction help maintain a cooler, more comfortable sleep environment throughout the night. At the core, individually wrapped pocket coils respond independently to movement, helping reduce motion transfer and minimize partner disturbance while delivering stable, adaptive support. The Spring construction balances cushioning and responsiveness for side, back, and combination sleepers, while reinforced edge support helps improve stability around the perimeter and maximize the usable sleep surface. Designed with fiberglass-free materials, along with anti-static and hypoallergenic comfort, Evann offers added peace of mind for everyday sleep. The mattress is CertiPUR - US®, OEKO-TEX® & SGS Certified, combining carefully selected materials with dependable Spring construction. I was previously unaware of the concept of a mattress in a box. Upon visiting the Wayfair store, I had the opportunity to examine the mattress, having seen it advertised online. We proceeded to order it through the website due to the complimentary delivery service. It subsequently arrived packaged within a box. ItIt was quite heavy, so you will require assistance from another person to move it to its intended location. We have unraveled it, and as less than 24 hours have passed since then, this is its current appearance. Therefore, I will likely wait another 24 hours before placing it on the bed to ensure it has reached its maximum fullness. However, considering the price, we are quite satisfied with the purchase so far, and I will likely provide a follow-up review later.. Sabrina. Atlanta, GA. Sat Sep 12 2026
