Nice crisp cotton sheets that hold up well in the washer and dryer. Haven't had any issues with them shrinking either. The sizing is generous and I've had no problems fitting these onto my mattress. Very happy with these sheets, so far. They fit our King Mattress well and have a nice feel. They seem well made. I have only washed them once and they are fairly soft. This item arrived on time. It is soft to the touch. I have never used a sheet with the etra elastic on it - not sure I would buy again - doesn't seem to be any better fit than without the extra elastic.
