Great quality mattress, giving it four stars only because, while the title indicates firm, the description on the sight rates it right in the middle of plush and firm-exactly at medium, which is what I wanted. I was able to buy a topper and I actually love that I have the firm support for my lower back and a little squish on top for comfort. The mattress is very well made, no sagging off the side of the bed when sitting, it didn’t have much of a smell when unboxing, fully “inflated” and aired out for a few days as instructed before easily plopping it onto the Wayfair foundation I bought to match!. I researched many mattresses before deciding on this one. It's for my guest room and won't get daily use, but I still wanted a good quality mattress, which this seems to be! The only issue I had was that even after four days of letting the mattress expand (much longer than what was recommended), the 14" mattress never made it above 12.5". So far, I’m in love! Just unboxed and letting take more shape for the day before we sleep on it tonight but, wow! Our last mattress was a Puffy, all foam, and plush. It was wayyyy too soft for us and was killing our backs. So I took a chance on this after reading the reviews and getting in for the sale. Best decision ever! I’m not exaggerating. It’s not even fully formed yet but I know it’s going to be a massive improvement and just what we needed for better back support. The shallow pillow top adds a softness that’s needed so you don’t feel like you’re sleeping on the ground. But the firm structure underneath is absolutely incredible. The best of both worlds! Exactly what we hoped for!. Lauren. Pittsburgh, PA. Sun Jun 07 2026

Sealy was among the first to create the hybrid, pairing the best qualities of innerspring and memory foam mattresses to deliver best-of-both-worlds comfort. Carefully engineered coils adapt and support every part of your body, while specialty foams conform and cushion for your most comfortable night’s sleep. Our classic Sealy Cool collection is engineered for a great night’s sleep, delivering trusted Sealy quality at an affordable price. Your mattress comes compressed in a box, combining Sealy quality with the convenience of easy transportation.

I was previously unaware of the concept of a mattress in a box. Upon visiting the Wayfair store, I had the opportunity to examine the mattress, having seen it advertised online. We proceeded to order it through the website due to the complimentary delivery service. It subsequently arrived packaged within a box. ItIt was quite heavy, so you will require assistance from another person to move it to its intended location. We have unraveled it, and as less than 24 hours have passed since then, this is its current appearance. Therefore, I will likely wait another 24 hours before placing it on the bed to ensure it has reached its maximum fullness. However, considering the price, we are quite satisfied with the purchase so far, and I will likely provide a follow-up review later.. Sabrina. Atlanta, GA. Sat Sep 12 2026

Very comfortable mattress being used in my child’s room. Only small complaint the bottom right corner of the mattress did not expand fully. Was open for 24 hours before being used.. Anonymous. Mon Sep 07 2026

This bed is soft but not extremely soft to where your back hurts. I purchased this for my 15 yr old and I want to trade her mattresses every night.. Philontra. Mon Aug 10 2026
