The pillow did great in the wash. There is one area where the stuffing bunched up in the comforter after one wash. I like the pillow cases. The pillow doesn't work it's way out of the case. Comfy. There are no ties or loops. Wayfair refunded a portion and Ill deal with it, but its going to be annoying keeping a king size duvet in the cover without bunching up now.
