It was wayyyy too soft for us and was killing our backs. So I took a chance on this after reading the reviews and getting in for the sale. Best decision ever! I’m not exaggerating. It’s not even fully formed yet but I know it’s going to be a massive improvement and just what we needed for better back support. The shallow pillow top adds a softness that’s needed so you don’t feel like you’re sleeping on the ground. But the firm structure underneath is absolutely incredible. The best of both worlds! Came in a box Popped right out In about 48 hours it was ready I would choose a 13 inch next time as the 14 inch is quiet high If I bought another I would choose a 12 inch. Dorothy. Stuarts Draft, VA. Mon Aug 17 2026

I was reluctant to purchase a mattress online because I've always tested out options in store. The reviews were very helpful but ultimately what convinced me was the double sided use. I do prefer the softer white side of the mattress and can see the benefit of switching to the firmer side after years of use. After a week on the mattress I am SO glad I made the purchase. Worth every penny!. Jill. Napa, CA. Fri Sep 25 2026

I can tell this bed is a very comfortable bed but I think I got it too high in like 12 inches for the kids bed frame that I also purchased. Other than that it’s perfect!!. Aceem. Mon Sep 14 2026

I love myself a nice, firm mattress - if that isn't your thing, this one might not be for you! But I have found it exceptionally comfortable over the last many nights that I have been sleeping on it. Set-up is a breeze. I did give it the full 72 hours to fully inflate before putting it to use, and I love that they give you all of the tools you'll need to unbox this neatly and have it ready-to-go relatively quickly!.
