Hanging Bath Pillows

The Barcelona backrest provides added support to the singularly indulgent and blissful Barcelona and Terrassa bathtubs. At almost 27” in length, it enhances the angle of recline, encouraging deep soaks that last longer. Its ergonomic shape gives the upper back and lumbar regions a reason to lean farther in and feel as comfortable and cozy as possible.

I really love this back rest for my freestanding tub. Does not stay in place in the tub, no cushion for the head, only around where your head actually goes.
