I loved that I received the item within 24 hours. Unfortunately, upon receipt of the item, the bottom of the box was opened. Also the mattress is not cut true to size. I was skeptical but it’s great quality and SO comfortable! I first bought one for my younger son a few months ago and just bought this one for his older sibling. It’s comfier than my expensive mattress! The first order from a few months ago said to let it fully firm up for 24hrs or more but when I got this one it said it only needs 60 seconds. I would say it’s true that it puffs up to almost full size within seconds but I recommend letting it fully expand for 2-3 hours before laying on it just in case.. Chrisy. Pennsylvania. This mattress is used when we have guest as well. My mom slept on it and she gave her stamp of approval. Believe me when I say that my Mom would let me know if she didn't like it. My dad has also slept on it a few times and he also likes it but would of liked a more firmer mattresses (he is strange). Overall it is a very good mattress. Well the beds comfortable but the price was a little outrageous slightly to small but good quality just need to order a queen. Oh a side note the delivery was on time and took it in the house but they thought they could do the dukes of hazard and jump the ditch well it took 5hr for a tow truck big enough to get the truck out..
