The packaging was very compact and easy to set up. Firm as advertised. It will take awhile for it to break in I think, but I can’t really take away on the review for that. I loved that I received the item within 24 hours. Unfortunately, upon receipt of the item, the bottom of the box was opened. Also the mattress is not cut true to size.
