I loved that I received the item within 24 hours. Unfortunately, upon receipt of the item, the bottom of the box was opened. Also the mattress is not cut true to size. Some of the description is quite confusing. Such as cleaning after each use. I need a full time mattress. Thanks for your service Purdy J. Washington DC. Purdy. Washington, Dc. Sun Jun 28 2026

Bought this for the primary bedroom. It is a little higher than I expected with my bed frame, but not so much that I need a ladder or step stool to get in bed. I wanted a mattress that was somewhat firm but had a pillow top. I found this. So far, and it has been a month, I love it. Nothing aches when I get up in the morning. I found the price to be quite reasonable and the quality to be good. I would recommend this mattress. The dog did not come with the mattress.. Anonymous. Sat Jul 25 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been really impressed with the Serta Perfect sleeper Garden Escape 14’ Extra Firm Mattress. It is definitely lives up to the “extra firm” description, but it is still has enough cushioning on top that it doesn’t feel like your are sleeping on a hard surface. It feel very supportive and substantial , especially if you prefer a firmer mattress or want something that keeps you from sinking in too much. The 14 inch height also gives it a nice, premium look on a bed , and the mattress feels well made overall. I like how stable and supportive it feels when getting in and out of bed.. Iuliiak. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this for mattress for my teenage son's room. He was ready for a good mattress. Overall we are very happy with this one. He says it is very comfortable, gives great support and he likes that the mattress isn't firm but on the softer side. He is a tall boy so it seems to be holding up good for the past month that he has been sleeping on it. His only complaint is that he would of liked to feel the cooling gels more. This mattress is used when we have guest as well. My mom slept on it and she gave her stamp of approval. Believe me when I say that my Mom would let me know if she didn't like it. My dad has also slept on it a few times and he also likes it but would of liked a more firmer mattresses (he is strange). Overall it is a very good mattress.
