Consider wearing gloves for assembly, lots of splintery wood. My only suggestion for the seller is they should put an extra of each of the smaller hardware bits just in case they got lost. I bought this because my mattress needed to be a little higher to be even with my nightstands. I live alone, and it looked like I might be able to deal with these folding foundations on my own. The box they were delivered in was a bit heavy and awkward to get into the house (I wish all large boxes had handles punched into them), but once I did, it was easy enough to maneuver the foundations into place under my existing mattress. Another plus is that they lift the mattress above a one inch lip around the bed's platform, making it quite a bit easier to put clean sheets on.
