These are nice sheets, they are definitely feeling as if they are 100 cotton. These are nice and lightweight sheets. They do seem a little in the thinthread bear side. Before I washed these sheets they felt softer. Almost like they might be a brushed cotton. Or Sateen. Now the sheets feel stiffer and crisp. Which isn’t a bad thing. These are, by far, the most luxurious sheets I have ever owned. They are NOT thin. I looked and looked for substantial, heavy cotton sheets that don't wrinkle easily, and I finally found them. These are satiny-soft, and cool to the touch. If you remove from the dryer immediately, they do not wrinkle. They fit my thick California King mattress beautifully and do not stretch out with use.
