I ordered the kingsize pillows and I would say that they're only medium, rather firm as advertised. Packaging can be improved - they come in tightly packed rolls for ease of shipment. However, be very careful when opening the box because there's no protecting cover. I actually slashed through the pillow with my scissors. Wayfair was kind enough to provide replacement.
