Build quality is good. Works as advertised. Massive amount of trash after assembly but that’s the price to pay for shipping such a large item. Only complaint is the relatively low quality speaker/ancient looking mp3 player, but it gets the job done.

Great product. Easy to assemble. Heavy if you need to carry it up 3 stories. Instructions were good. Delivery team was on point. The seating bench was not part of the package. Will need to work with Wayfar on that, but don't expect any issues.

Great price and faster then expected delivery. Have not put it together yet but came very well packed.

Very happy with this purchase. All around greatness, from the Wayfair delivery drivers, to the instruction manual, and putting it together with my 11 yo son worked! We use it almost every evening now before bed have been sleeping very sound! Great purchase, so glad I took the leap and bought it.

My fiance and I love this sauna. Its perfect for us! It was easy for us to set up.... the walls clip in to eachother and the instructions are easy to understand. It's very roomy and nice inside and the Bluetooth is awesome! I researched so many vendors before choosing this one and I'm very happy with the purchase

Top quality and easy purchase with great delivery

Great piece of equipment. Build quality is excellent for the price and easy to assemble. Added a seal to the door so it heats up faster and holds heat longer. Definitely recommend.

Excellent sauna. Couldn't be happier with. It says it requires special electrical run but I just switched the outlet over and it works as expected even at the highest temperature.
