A return service would apply If there were any quality issues within 15 days from the date of purchase. furniture accessories are warranted against defective materials or workmanship for one year, based on reasonable use. if you reported a defect to us for the assembled product, please provide PO number, name of defective replacement parts, quantity and pictures according to the assemble guide. while a warranty for our product would cover problems under œnormal household use, it also may include specific limitations. Certain warranties may not apply to: Defects that result from negligence, misuse, or accidents. ï‚·Any condition resulting from incorrect or inadequate maintenance, cleaning or care, or commercial use. ï‚·Any condition resulting from other than ordinary residential wear or from any use for which the product was not designed. ï‚·The colorfastness, dye lot variations, wrinkling, or wear of fabrics or leather. ï‚·The softening of filling materials under normal use.
