2" Reversible Memory Foam Mattress Topper

We ordered a QUEEN, as well as a QUEEN mattress, and a QUEEN cover, but a TWIN TOPPER came? I'm being asked to survey before someone will address my problem.....now it's several days later and Wayfair pushed me to the Manufacturer who offered me to keep the WRONG size and give me a discount on something else; to get the right size and wait; or have my money back. I chose my money back and they sent me back to Wayfair customer service who was prepared to send me a replacement? I disagreed and had to start all over again??? Still waiting to hear from someone about a refund??? My time is too valuable and Wayfair doesn't care.

Beyond happy with this mattress topper. Item came packaged very well. It wrappes and unfolded very easily. It adjusted and stretched to fit the mattress extremely easy. It is very marshellow soft and I love it. Slept like a baby!
