I had before been using a traditional pillow with side gussets since I thought I needed that extra support. I chose it based on the description that it was supportive yet soft. It took me all of 10 minutes to get used to it (it is not a "fluffy" pillow), but after that, I was sold. The pillow does indeed feel soft, but my head does not sink down to the bed; it is supportive without being hard or stiff. I have used it for about two weeks now, and have not once woke up with a sore/stiff neck, and do not have to flip/reposition it during the night. Highly recommended!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought this pillow was going to be too thin for me, as I usually have a thicker pillow and am very uncomfortable with a thin pillow being a side sleeper. With a thin pillow feels like my head just drops off and is not comfortable. To my surprise this pillow is actually very comfortable. It’s thin, but is sturdier than most pillows out there. The memory foam is sturdy but comfortable. I only wish is was bigger overall because my pillowcase eats it up, but I can live with that. Hopefully with continued use I can get some relief from my constant neck pain. I would recommend giving this pillow a try.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had a problem with having sore ears when I sleep on my side. I've had this problem for a long time with my other 2 pillows. The fabric is silky smooth and soft. I'm very hot blooded and this helps me keep my cool lol

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been hesitant to purchase a memory foam pillow out of fear that it will be too hot or firm. This pillow initially feels super firm, but it melds to your head shape. You will notice the cool feeling when you first touch, almost to the point where I thought it was damp, but no ... it’s that cool. Perfect pillow!
