I recently purchased this mattress, and my experience has been disappointing. When I opened the box, I expected it to expand and take shape like other mattresses I've bought in the past, which were ready to use within a couple of hours. Unfortunately, this mattress stayed completely flat for most of the first day, and even now, three days later, only the middle section has expanded to the expected height. The ends remain flat, making the mattress unusable. This has been a frustrating experience, and I am left without a functioning mattress. Very comfortable mattress. Bought it for my guest bedroom so haven’t slept on it yet but did relax watching some TV laying on it and am very satisfied with the comfort level. Took about 48 hours to plump up completely because it’s winter and the unused room was pretty cool until the mattress came and I turned the heat up.

We moved across country so we wover in terms of decorating rooms for daughters 16 14. I really appreciated that this came in a box. So easy. But people…READ THE INSTRUCTIONS!!! It specifically says to unwrap and unroll and let it just hang out for a few days before you use it. So if you unwrap and use it immediately whose fault is it if you aren’t happy We purchased two and there was absolutely NO SMELLS not even immediately after unwrappi
