Great pillow, fills the pillow sham nicely

Quality-As expected but poorly packaged

Not worth the money, spend a little more and get a professional insert! These were not as full as we like for our clients, the size of the inserts were hand-written on the tags and were sent as is in a box. No protective bagging around each pillow! Bugs love cardboard boxes, let alone if your box arrives in the rain or sits in the rain for any period of time the pillows have no protection. Wayfair, you should require your vendors bag items properly or charge them for you to ship them protected properly! Where is the quality control?
