I had high hopes for this chair, but it is less than comfy to sit in for long periods. The head rest is detachable but not height adjustable so at 5’4” it doesn’t hit my neck where I need it and without it there isn’t support and the hard plastic of the openings catches my hair strands. Lower back cushion is wonderful and is adjustable for various heights. Bottom is firm. I have sat in it for a week or so and I am not a fan. I do like that arms are detachable and fully adjustable.
