Just a plain awful experience. What was picture was not what I received and the customer service delay tactics are just as awful. I was told I am now unable to return the item or even receive what I originally ordered because the “return window has closed”. They claimed they sent me the return label for shipping. NEVER AND I MEAN NEVER RECEIVED ANYTHING. Now, I’m stuck with these ugly Christmas sheets. I would give it zero stars if I could.

Nice quality sheets but, the corner seams are only 15”. Not 18”. Very disappointed as I have an 18” mattress. Too small.
