The spa panel replacement kit offers an economical way to re-skirt a hot tub with weathered panels. The flexible design and unique built-in flange allow for a quick and simple installation. The Flexible Spa Panel will fit spas that are less than 96″ x 96″ (or 32′) in total length and with a panel height of less than 34.5″. The Flexible Spa Panel can be installed right over your existing skirting! If you choose to remove the skirting, some additional framework will be necessary to reinforce where the panels overlap. The panels have a built-in overlap design, which makes installation easier. To continue access to the spa's equipment panel, we include flange pieces for an access door. More information is provided in our instructions manual. The panels ship in a single carton in 5 separate rolls, with color-matched screws included. The installer will need a circular saw, a string, measuring tape, a drill, and a pencil.

One of the biggest delays – and surprise added costs – associated with the installation of a spa is the bases. Many people opt for concrete pads or wooden decks on which to put their hot tub. In either case, you have to wait for the weather to cooperate (and the ground to be dry) and for the contractor’s (or your) schedule to open up. In most cases, this could delay the set-up of your hot tub by weeks. It will cost you a pretty penny, too, nearly $1500+ dollars. Be prepared for assembly. You'll need the following: spray dish soap for lubrication, a rubber mallet and a phillips-head screwdriver. Fortunately, it's only four screws, the rest is like putting together a Lego set. It just takes some serious pounding with the rubber mallet to get the pieces to go together, and I mean serious pounding. Just fair warning. The dish soap helps to get things going. QCA Spas Cover Lifter makes removing and replacing hot tub hardcovers a breeze. Removing your spa hardcover is as simple as 1, 2, 3 with the Cover Lifter. Fold the spa cover over the arm and swing it out of the way letting the cover lifter do the work. This product fits most rectangular spas up to 96" wide; the spa must have 18" of clearance from surrounding objects and comes complete with all necessary parts and instructions including mounting parts and hardware. This mounts in the back of the spa.

This lift is similar to ones I have had in the past. Installation is straightforward. I prefer this design for it carries the load at a lower point and keeps the cover further away from the spa. Steps are ok for many uses. Putting them together was a bit tricky. The worst part was the tallest step to put together. Had to use a small flat screwdriver to pry open the metal to allow the step to go in place. Overall, it was not too bad to finish. Now the Part for me that is "Deceiving" is the description. To me "ROLLING" means they have castors/wheels. Nope none to be found. I had initially got these with the intent of rolling it around to paint & do other household chores. So for now dragging it on a moving blanket is my only answer, unless my husband is willing to drill holes in the legs somehow & put on wheels. Wish they had used a different description.. Cheryl.
