Pillow protector appears to be very well made. UPDATE: Washed for 1st time and found stitching on one case completely undone leaving a 3 inch hole that needs to be repaired. Seems completely airtight moisture resistant. Instructions stated to be sure pillow and protector are completely dry before zipper closed. This will prevent possibility of mold growth. Haven’t washed yet but it appears sturdy enough to resist the hot water washing that is recommended. Definitely as advertised. Very fair price and the pillows are definitely between a medium and firm pillow. After sleeping on them all night they fluff back up to their normal shape. The pillows give just enough to feel comfortable yet support your head and neck well. I would probably prefer a little firmer pillow but I am looking forward to see how well these pillows hold up over time compared to my firm Serta pillows they replaced.. Joseph. Glen Allen, VA.
