Braided Hand Woven Performance Machine Washable Solid Color Rug

The rug was great but too big/color wasn’t what the room needed The issue is with customer service. I did my part and returned the rug via fedex and paid for the return (which, I forgot about- another reason not to shop this site). I packaged it up, went to FedEx two towns over. I come home annd there’s a rug on my steps. I call Wayfair and troubleshot that it anppears FedEx out the label on the item but didn’t cover my original label (return via QR and FedEx did the labeling). I was told to bring it back to FedEx. So I spent $40 to return this item, and I have ANOTHER errand to run? This company is bogus. I asked to be refunded on the shipping. Nope. I was offered a coupon for a future purchase. No thqnks I won’t be shopping here again. When the internet is full of similar items with free shipping and better service. Not to mention my total order was over $2k. Do not use this company! Google image search what you want and shop elsewhere!!!
