You get what you pay for. The reason it's cheaper on Wayfair than the manufacturer's website is because Wayfair version is cheaper pine, not cedar.

So far, I love it! I actually wanted a smaller sauna, to fit the niche of a removed (never-used) Jacuzzi bathtub. My wife didn't like my selection (too many knots in the wood), so I let her talk me into buying the Worthington model. I had to tear out the tile and sheet-rock on the two side walls, just to fit the sauna into the space. Lots more work than I wanted to undertake, but it looks great now and I'm really enjoying using the sauna.

They sent the sauna with out the heater , what I m gonna do with it ! Please respond before I sent it back and dispute my charge!!

The was an amazing purchase. I assembled it by myself, without any assistance. We love this item.

Love love love our Sauna. It actually came damaged the first time and Wayfair was amazing and shipped us a brand new one. It works great. We installed it in one long evening

We have not put it together yet but Wayfair customer service did not answer my question about a coupon I got after I placed order very well. Disappointed in that part. More to come on the sauna itself
