This is a very pretty, high quality rug. I'm glad I ignored the critics who said it smelled. When unwrapped it, there was a minor smell of wool, but nothing lingering. Recommend.

Loved the rug! However when it got stained the Allstate stain protection warranty I bought turned out to be a total dud. Will never do business with Allstate total scam. They said because I had stain accumulation they denied my claim! What is Stain Warranty then!

I am so disgusted with this item. I ordered this rug on June 19th 2024. I put it into our guest bedroom (which hasn’t been slept in yet). Brand new rug, still sitting there. The thing stinks to high heavens like a farm or wet dog. Very disappointed. Can I return this Probably not, since it’s been 4 months. I bought a defective product. I know it’s a natural rug, but it shouldn’t smell like this. I paid 442 on sale. I thought the smell would dissipate, but it’s still as strong as the first day I received it.

I have never seen anything shed this much in my life. Every single time I vacuum it clogs my vacuum, then it clogs my roomba every day. Now all my clothes have little white fibers on them. Absolutely ridiculous.
