I ordered my mattress and had it for a few weeks. I also ordered the GlacioTex Cooling Cover which almost seems non-existant. There's no cooling and I get very hot at night. This is unusual for me given I wasn't in my last mattress. The mattress is good for isolating movements however.

Setup was easy! I had reservations about purchasing a mattress that comes compressed in a box, but so far it is more comfortable than I was expecting. It is a very tall mattress, so be aware of that before purchase. For the price, I wouldn't say I'm wowed by the comfort and feel, but I'm hoping that is a matter of getting used to a new mattress.

I had the same mattress, but without the cool layer and it was hot, so I returned it and got the same one, but with the cooling layer. It didn’t change the temperature at all. I’m not sure what to do at this point but to return the mattress. I would like to hear from someone.

So comfortable! My neck pain went away after a week of sleeping on my Helix. I upgraded the sides so they don’t sink and I love that. Also got the upgraded pillow top I think it was supposed to be cooling; if it is I don’t feel much cooling from it but it doesn’t get crazy hot either. I love my bed now. It feels like I’m at a fancy hotel.
