The two curtain sets were shipped and received at different times. Opening them today to install, I immediately noticed TWO MAJOR issues 1) the curtains are NOT VELVET, 2) the curtains are TWO VERY DIFFERENT COLORS. I uploaded a photo in the INCIDENT PHOTO section of your site… what else do I do

The color is not dark gray or velvet

Great quality curtains, and the size 100 wide is so perfect for our wide window. Color is nice too and soft at touch. Great fit for a master bedroom or for living room.

Perfect color and black out.

I do love using wayfair, have ordered many items, very happy, but this order missed the mark, picture shows a very dark brown curtains, curtains arrived light beige.. completely misleading. Not happy about having to pay shipping fee for this return. I will still use wayfair as most all items have been wonderful but this I don’t think I should be paying for.

The curtains are very nice. The material is thick and soft. The green color is very pretty. They keep out a good amount of light.
