Palram - Canopia Balance 8' W Hobby Greenhouse - Green

This green house is fantastic. Sturdier than you would expect and not nearly as difficult to assume as some of the other reviews suggest. We did it in an afternoon with 2 people. There are a lot of parts but take the time to get yourself organized and it’s really not bad at all. We’ve had it for a couple years now and it’s held up great. We’re from upstate NY and aside from really heavy, wet snow, we don’t worry about cleaning it off. The slope of the roof handles the snow 910. Only regret is not buying it sooner!

I love this greenhouse, it is perfect. It was delivered a day early, my husband assembled it in just 4 days and said it was easy to follow directions. we did have a patio as a floor built before the greenhouse arrived and it was screwed into the floor with cement screws which makes it very stable.

What I don't love is getting the wrong product, which is still sitting on my porch where it was delivered.

This is supposed to withstand 60 mph winds, but it twisted and crumpled into a pile during a mild thunderstorm. Description says it’s 8’ x 8’ x 8’. I expected the walls to be 8’ high, but the overall height is 8’ at the peak of the roof. Definitely NOT worth the price. I do NOT recommend.

Can't wait to start home grown living. Been wanting to do this for years. Highly recommend getting one. Im glad I went with the 8x12 instead of 8x8.

I am so happy with my greenhouse. I have to say it is a bit challenging to build and thanks to my Uncle who has one and was familiar on how to build it was a life saver. I was never happy it arrived on day it said it would and no damage to boxes. I definitely advise not to build on windy day. It was not the day we built but I can say it would be challenging if it was. Had plenty of pieces parts did. It run out of anything. I would suggest so added instructions in some areas. But over all it came together great in the end. Now I just have to plan on how to fill and use it. I also am glad I used rail road ties for foundation it gave plenty of leave way to mount to it. I also definitely suggest getting auto vent openercloser they work fantastic well worth the money. I’ll be adding the shelves tomorrow.

First very deceiving pictures of unit. Second sent in request for someone to call back regarding putting greenhouse together. Third, took 3 people 5 days average of 6.5 hours per day to build. Very confusing directions. Parts not marked very well. Lastly, I believe we ordered a larger unit as we paid over 2100.00. I think the order was incorrect but guess that is ultimately on me as we ordered last year but my husband has had major health problems. We were only able to put together last week.
