I was disappointed in the quality and craftsmanship of this hose reel. After about 8 months of infrequent use the first one I bought failed where the hose attached to the reel. However, the Wayfair response was great, and they replaced the reel as well as provided free return shipping of the defective unit. We'll see if this new one holds up...

A Fantastic and very sturdy metal hose reel, looks great and very easy to attach to wall. The best product if you are looking for a hose reel to last the distance.

THE *METAL HOSE REEL* IS GREAT JUST WHAT I NEEDED OUTSIDE MY RESTAURANT TOOK UP VERY LITTLE SPACE WITH SIDE MOUNT !

I wanted to love this as the concept is great. But the crank was on the wrong side for winding and the reel was so heavy that it worked its way loose on a concrete block wall (not due to installation).

Very well built and easy to install.

This is just what I needed. We have a hot and cold tap in the garage and this keeps the hose up off the ground. The hose rolls easily and we are quite pleased with this purchase.

A screw snapped while being installed, which makes me uneasy about the quality.
