Bestway Saluspa St Moritz Airjet Hot Tub and 6 Coleman Saluspa Type Vi Cartridges

I bought this for my wife for Christmas in October 2024. I didn’t get it up until this May after building a deck. We’ve had it running for probably two weeks maybe three at the most and the heating element or something keeps going out on it. It gives an error code of E04 Yes, I should’ve bought the warranty. 

Just arrived pretty beat up box water damaged a broken open right to the actual hotub as shown in one of the pictures will update as soon as it is set up, hopefully no leaks this is our second purchase of the exact hot tub we got 3 years out of the previous one but the grandkids were pretty rough the last year with it but it still works fine just but it has a small leak in the hot tub due to improper storage we usually stored it in the winter months since it was kept outside and I’d rather just purchase a new one even though we probable could have gotten another season out it it . in our experience with the previous on e it was a great hot tub for the price held up kept 104 we used it daily and definitely got our moneys worth and would definitely recommend this product

This was very easy to unpack and set up. Only took 20 minutes from start to finish setting up!

Love this spa….. I had to return the first but was sent a second with no hassle although repacking the first was extremely difficult for me. The spa is of great material and LOVEEEEE. IT

We don't have a whole lot of extra space to have one out all the time so one that is inflatable was the exact type we needed and wanted really. It wasn't hard to set up either. I had it set up in about 30 minutes or close. I love that is does get hot enough too. 8 researched several and quite a few stated they didn't get hot enough for them. I have enjoyed this so much with my husband. So relaxing after a long day or a good workout. Will be using this quite a bit in the future,
