Very comfortable. I normally suffer from hip and back pain that has left me unable to sleep in a bed for over a year. I don't feel any of that pain with this mattress. I appreciate being able to sleep in a bed again.

Completely out of the delivery window promised. We spent 10 days on the floor as they could not deliver when they said at time of purchase (3 days max). We bought this model as it was available. I am very irritated by the bait and switch with the delivery that seems to occur more and more with wayfair. The good: Their customer service is friendly, and when they can help, they do.
