It is the consumer’s responsibility to inspect the product prior to installation to ensure satisfaction. Once installed, the product is deemed accepted. Check the Manufacturer's specifications as some Mosaic tiles may not be appropriate for wet applications. • Porcelain tiles have low porosity, are extremely durable, and are low maintenance. Polished and honed porcelain tiles require the use of an impregnating or penetrating sealer prior to grouting, otherwise, grout release must be used. Common household spills are easy to clean with the use of a mop, warm water, and a pH-neutral cleaner. Acid-based cleaners and harsh chemicals should not be used.

• Note: Do not dry-cut porcelain or ceramic tiles when installing due to the potential for exposure to silica dust. Use a wet saw or a score and snap tool when cutting.
