Pros: ordering was easy, shipment was next day. Before I bought, had an online chat session, then an in person call with a CSR. Some of the reviews of this product said the mattress was NOT the mattress pictured on the website. The CSR said it was the same mattress. It is only remotely; c.f. photos. Cons: after unpacking, I allowed the mattress 72 hours to gain full expansion. As the photos show, the mattress did not puff up like the Wayfair website. The mattress is firm, not a medium. The fact that it is a firm means I had joint aches this morning as I am a side sleeper. Disappointed.

This mattress did not expand. I have requested a return but it had to be reviewed. It has been almost a week and still no response. I have chatted with CustomerSupport online and continue to get the same response...it is being reviewed. You can see clearly in the photos that the sides are not taut.
