84.5'' Upholstered Reclining Sofa

Delivery and unboxing: the people who delivered were super friendly and on time. I love the look of this couch. It's day 1. Came out of the box with a scratch on the center seat cushion about a foot long which was sad, but customer service was friendly and helpful when I called. You can feel the scratch but can only see it from a certain angle so I might have missed it if I didnt walk in from the side. Also, a screw came out of somewhere on the bottom and I saved it but have no clue where it would go. Customer service will call to discuss but not sure how they can help with that one lol. After getting off the phone, see a couple threads hanging out. See pics Assembly: Extremely easy - the seat backs just slide right into the grooves. Actual couch: So far, it's a tiny bit lighter in color than in the pictures but still looks great. It's firm but comfy! Sitting on it completely has my feet maybe an inch above the ground. I'm 5'5. The seats are a little more shallow than our last couch so that will take some getting used to. Almost feels like youre sitting up straight. Reclines nice and feels solid. The material is so soft to the touch, doesn't really feel like microfiber, almost feels like a ridiculously soft leather. All in all, this couch is great. Probably could use a little breaking in.
